Thank you for signing up for the Radical KM Purple Belt course, while the White Belt Course introduced you to the basics of Radical KM this course provides deep insight and experience using and implementing the ideas of Radical KM.
This course takes you through Radical KM in a 1:1 coaching format.
Please ensure that you take the time to download and read the Guide Book. Which is available on the site.
Unlike the White Belt Course there is material in the Purple Belt course that may not be in the guide book, however, there are supplemental materials provided as part of the program for you to review and study.
The Guide Book will be updated in due course. It is expected that you take the time to study the book and the supplemental materials prior to taking the exam and achieving Certification.
